I spotted a car online in Livingston at what I considered to be a small dealer and chose to drive up there. A typical presupposition for small dealer is you can’t trust them and have to be extra cautious. In this case, that statement is absolutely incorrect.This group did not pressure me, they were easy going, allowed me to take my time, and I also believe have both their products and and the treatment of their customers at the forefront of their minds.. I believe their smaller size, in comparison to the giants in the city, allows them to focus on care for their customers especially. There is no need to feel like you have to prepare to joust with a car salesman. They cause you to feel comfortable and at ease.My salesman, Melinda, had excellent and natural communication. I actually thought she was a text robot when I received a text late at night. When I arrived the next day, I met the “text bot” and was refreshed by the human touch and care which seemed to set itself apart from most other dealers out there.Make sure you check out their inventory in Livingston. If you find something you are intrigued with, you need to take the time to head to their dealer. Have confidence that they’ll treat you well and with integrity.
